About the Bean
This is a Honey processed nano-lot from the CAFESCOR Cooperative located in the Casitas district of the Copan region in Honduras. The coop is made up of 50 small scale farmers. With harvests generally taking place from November to February, growing altitude from contributing producers ranges from 1300 - 1700 masl and crop is comprised of Bourbon, Parainema, Caturra, Catuai varieties. This is their second year they have been experimenting with honey processed coffee. This particular nano-lot had a total production of only 900 kg. The coffee was pulped leaving 70% of the pulp with a 15 day drying time. This coffee is packed in boxes container 2 - 15 kg vac sealed bags.
